  • Design files and artwork you upload for custom printing.
  • Payment information processed by our payment gateway (we do not store full card or bank details).

2. How we use your information

We use your information to process and deliver orders, produce custom prints, issue GST invoices, provide customer support, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations and — where you have opted in — send updates and offers.

3. Payment processing

Online payments are handled by Razorpay. When you pay, your card, UPI or bank details are collected and processed directly by the gateway under its own privacy and security terms. We receive only a payment confirmation and limited transaction reference data.

4. Sharing your information

We share information only as needed to run our service — with courier and logistics partners for delivery, payment gateways for processing, and service providers who host or support our platform. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information where required by law.

5. Data retention & security

We retain your data for as long as needed to fulfil orders and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission over the internet is fully secure.
