Refund & Cancellation Policy

Printkaari products are custom-made and personalised to your specifications. Because each item is produced uniquely for you, this policy balances that reality with fair protection against defects and damage. It applies to all orders placed with Printkaari, a brand of InDhan PayGate Private Limited.

1. Cancellations

You may cancel an order for a full refund only while it is still in the Payment Pending, Paid or Design Review stage — that is, before production begins.

Once an order enters In Production, it cannot be cancelled, because materials have been committed and printing has started. Orders that are Shipped or Delivered are not eligible for cancellation.

2. Custom items are non-refundable

As custom-printed and personalised goods, items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once they are in production or completed. We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, ordering the wrong size or quantity, errors in artwork you approved, or minor colour variation inherent to printing.

3. Defects & damage in transit

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved proof (for example a printing defect, wrong item, or damage caused during shipping), we will replace it or issue a refund at no additional cost.

To be eligible, you must:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos of the product and packaging showing the defect or damage.
  • Keep the original packaging until the claim is resolved.

We may request the item be returned for inspection. Approved claims are resolved by reprinting the item or refunding the amount paid.

4. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days of approval. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

5. How to raise a request

To cancel an eligible order or report a defect, contact us via our Contact page or email support@printkaari.com with your order number and details.
