Terms of Service

Printkaari (“Printkaari”, “we”, “us”) is a brand operated by InDhan PayGate Private Limited. By accessing this website, placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Products & custom orders

Most items on Printkaari are made-to-order and personalised to your specifications (artwork, size, colour, quantity). Once you approve a design and your order moves into production, it is manufactured uniquely for you and cannot be resold to another customer.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content, artwork and text you supply. You confirm that you own or are licensed to use all uploaded material and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, trademark or copyright, and is not unlawful, defamatory or offensive.

2. Pricing & GST

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive or inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) as indicated at checkout. A valid GST invoice is issued for every order. We may revise pricing at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed and paid.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your full card or bank details on our servers. An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully received. Custom production begins after payment and, where applicable, design approval.

4. Order flow & approvals

Orders progress through the following stages: payment pending, paid, design review, in production, shipped and delivered. During design review we may share a proof for your approval. We are not liable for errors present in artwork you approved.

5. Colours & variation

Printed colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to monitor calibration, material and printing process. Minor variation is inherent to printing and is not treated as a defect.

6. Cancellation, refunds & shipping

Cancellations, refunds and delivery are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy, which form part of these Terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
