Shipping & Delivery Policy

Printkaari ships custom-printed orders across India through reputed third-party courier partners. Because our products are made to order, total delivery time includes both production and transit.

1. Production time

Production begins after payment is confirmed and, where applicable, your design proof is approved. Typical production time is 2–7 business days depending on the product, print method and order quantity. Large-format, bulk and complex jobs may take longer; an estimate is shared for such orders.

2. Shipping & transit time

Once your order is marked Shipped, transit typically takes 3–7 business days depending on the destination. Metro cities are usually faster than remote or non-serviceable pin codes.

3. Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if any, are calculated based on order value, weight and destination, and are shown at checkout before you pay. Any promotional free-shipping thresholds are indicated on the website.

4. Order tracking

You can follow your order status — from Paid through Design Review, In Production, Shipped and Delivered — from your orders page. A courier tracking link is provided once the order is dispatched.

5. Delivery & delays

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or other factors outside our control. Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate.

6. Damaged or missing shipments

If your package arrives damaged, or is lost in transit, please report it within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date). Handling of such cases is covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
